Hi, I forgot to cancel my subscription after my FREE TRIAL. And now i am being charged for 32.10 which is not the price in SINGAPORE. May I talk to your customer support?

We can only provide the steps on how to cancel your subscription in the Community. However, we're unable to check the charge. You can get in touch with our customer service agents by following these steps:

 

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Start a chat or Start an email.

You won't submit any credit card info to open a trial account. 

If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 3 or 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.
