We delete your company file after a year that you've canceled it, -citiflooring-co.
You can cancel your account first and after a year of not reactivating it, the system will automatically delete it. Let me show you how to cancel your subscription:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
- From the Billing & Subscription menu, click Cancel subscription.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
- Press F5 on your keyboard to refresh and you'll see that you have the Resubscribe option as an indicator that you've canceled the account.
