I cannot find print statement from Batch actions for customer

It's nice to have you here on the Community page, @kris-ng.

You can simply click on the Print or Preview button under the Create statements page to be able to print batch statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Select Sales at the left pane, then click on Customers.
  3. On the Customers page, mark the customers' name you want to create statements.
  4. Click on the drop-down arrow under Batch actions, then hit on Create statements.
  5. Once done, click on the Print or Preview button to print the statements.
  6. Click on Print.

If you're experiencing the same problem after following the steps provided, I recommend replicating the steps in the private window to help us verify if the issue is within the browser you're using.

To use a private browser, you can use these shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you're able to print the statement successfully using a private browser, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache to optimize the browser’s performance and your QBO experience. For the steps, you can read this article: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?.

For more insights about statements, you can read this article: Create customer statements.
