You can simply click on the Print or Preview button under the Create statements page to be able to print batch statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:

If you're able to print the statement successfully using a private browser, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache to optimize the browser’s performance and your QBO experience. For the steps, you can read this article: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?.
