When you create entries or input financial data in QuickBooks Online (QBO), it will be reflected on the Primary's admin end once they refresh the browser. Ensure that you've entered the correct information into the client's company account and continue using the same account instead of switching to a different one.
If you confirm all this, let's perform basic troubleshooting to determine if the issue is related to your browser. Your cache and cookies can become outdated or corrupted, leading to unexpected behaviors. Please refer to the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:
Then, proceed to clear your main browser's cache to restart. Clearing the cache will effectively reset the program, allowing you to sort issues caused by stored cache and cookies. Another way is to utilize other supported browsers.
Also, I'd like to ask what kind of entries aren't showing on the Primary Admin's account. This will assist us in verifying and addressing any issues that need to be fixed.
