The invitation may have already expired since the email invites expire 48 hours after they were sent. If the invitation email can’t be found or has expired, the user needs to resend the invitation. Make sure as an email recipient, you have an Intuit Account. If the user (you) doesn’t already have an Intuit Account, just create an account with your desired email address. Having an Intuit Account may help prevent the user invite email from getting flagged as spam. Let the user check first if the email address is correct. Here's how:

if you don't see the option to resend and the status shows Active, it means the user has accepted your invitation to join your company and has already set up a login. They can now sign in to qbo.intuit.com and start working on your QuickBooks company.
