I hear you, @thamcheesoon.
I want to ensure this matter is addressed timely so you can get your latest transactions from OCBC Business Banking updated in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
As of this time, the investigation regarding the inability to connect your account and update your transactions in QBO is resolved but the ticket is remained open to keep tracking unexpected integration connection problems. Rest assured that this has been escalated to our engineering team and together with our banking team, they've been in all hands working to fix this as soon as possible.
Assuming you've been added to the list of affected users, I still recommend contacting our Customer Care Support whenever you're free while the workaround is not yet available. To do so:
For now, I'm including this reference so you're able to use QuickBooks features you're entitled to: Help Articles in QuickBooks Online. Also, you're able to read subtopics that will describe how a feature is used and how to accomplish tasks related to its functions like how an account reconciliation is accomplished.
We appreciate your patience as we're working on this banking integration and connection error. Please let me know in the comments below if you have any other questions. Take care and stay safe!
Tx, JonpriL, for your quick reply.
However, I have not been able to auto-download transactions since 26 July 2022. It's 2 Sep 2022 today. It has taken too long for the issue to be resolved. I hope it can be resolved soon.
Further, this is not the first time the issue has occurred. It had happened a few times in the recent years. I really hope that QBO engineers can work with OCBC to find a permanent fix to such connection/download issues. This has really impacted on my favourable impression on QBO and will influence my future decisions whether to recommend QBO to my clients.
Regards
Chee Soon
