Now is essentials plan can add up to five user?

The QuickBooks Online (QBO) Essentials plan only allows up to 3 users plus 2 accounting firms. Let me share what subscription can add up to 5 users.

You can have the QBO Plus subscription to add 5 billable users and 2 accounting firms. Feel free to read this article for more info: Learn about usage limits in QuickBooks Online.

If you wish to upgrade your subscription, you can follow these steps: 

1. Login as primary or company admin in your QBO account.
2. Hover your mouse to Settings and click Subscription and billing.
3. Ensure your payment info is up to date.
4. Select Upgrade your plan in the QuickBooks section.
5. Review the available;e plans and then tap Choose plan.
6. Upgrade your plan by following the on-screen steps.
