All Intuit subscriptions are subject to
auto-renewal. It's possible we’re
unable to process the payment for your billing based on the error message you've provided.
There
are also a few reasons why your subscription renewal couldn't be processed. Among these are:
- The card is over the limit or expired.
- The account number is invalid.
- The credit card has been listed as lost or stolen.
- The card-issuing bank won’t authorize the card electronically or it was declined.
If the card-issuing bank won't authorize Intuit to automatically take out the charge for your
subscription, please your credit card provider. This way, you don't have to manually enter the credit card
information.

Your Credit Card Info article to update it.
