Webpage response slow

Thanks for checking this out in the Community, money217-innomon.

Most of the pages that are commonly used is expected to load within 10 seconds. However, QBO relies and depends on your computer or device’s processing power, the amount of available memory (RAM), and the bandwidth of your Internet connection to perform as intended. Interruptions to any of these areas can also impact how QBO performs.

There are a few things you should check to ensure you're getting the most out of your QuickBooks Online experience:

  • Use a different browser. Although, Intuit recommends Chrome to get the best experience possible. If you are already using it, make sure that you are using the latest release. Just go to the Chrome menu,  select Help, and then click About Google Chrome.
  • Ensure your operating system is up to date and you meet or exceed the System Requirements for QuickBooks Online.
  • Verify your internet speed (bandwidth) is not limiting your QuickBooks Online experience. Run a Google Speed Test to confirm your bandwidth/the speed of your connection. To better understand the results of the Google Speed Test, be sure to read over how the results are determined and what they mean.

Aside from that, you can also follow these keyboard shortcuts on how to clear cache or delete the temporary internet files that might have slowed down QBO:

  • Ctrl Shift  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge

Once done, log back in and check if the program is already responding fine.

Don't hesitate to get back here and update us if that resolves the performance issues. We're always here if you need anything else.
