Interruptions to any of these areas can also impact how QBO performs.
There are a few things you should check to ensure you're getting the most out of your QuickBooks Online experience:
Use a different browser. Although, Intuit recommends Chrome to get the best experience possible. If you are already using it, make sure that you are using the latest release. Just go to the Chrome menu, select Help, and then click About Google Chrome.
