after entering the "receive payment" on the selected invoice and "save and close", how do we view the daily list of invoices which have been paid?

are we able to see the list of invoices on a daily basis which are being paid and entered receipt of payment?

Yes, Evinna. You can view the list of invoices and their payment statuses daily.

 

To start, please filter the invoice status, such as pending, paid, or overdue, and adjust the date range to view specific timeframes.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to the Sales Menu.
  3. Select Invoices.
  4. To see invoices that have been paid, you can filter by "Status" and select "Paid".

You can also run specific reports, such as Sales by Customer Summary, to see total sales and payments for each customer.
