can not find "language" tab in advanced setting to change language

I try to change language in QB Online for client account, but can not locate the "language' tab as per the guide. Is this a subscription issue?

can not find "language" tab in advanced setting to change language

I can help share some insights about changing the language in QuickBooks Online, Sharon.

 

Currently, the option to change the language is only available in the QuickBooks Online International versions. If you are using one of those, here is how you can update your language settings:
 

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Go to the Advanced tab.
  4. In the Language section, click the Pencil icon to edit.
  5. Choose your preferred language from the dropdown list.
  6. Click Save, then Done.
     

Alternatively, you can change the language by adjusting your browser’s language settings. If you're using Google Chrome, here is how you can do it:

 

  1. Navigate to the vertical ellipsis ⋮ in the top-right corner of your browser.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Scroll down and click Languages.
  4. Click Add languages, select your preferred language, then click Add.
  5. On the the vertical ellipsis ⋮ next to the added language and check Display Google Chrome in this language.
     

For other browsers, you can update the language settings by visiting the Microsoft Forms website.
