Hello ENGRG, is your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account currently on a trial period that has expired? Additionally, was your QBO account created in Singapore, or have you relocated?
If your account has expired, it is in a read-only state, and you should receive a prompt to reactivate it upon logging in. You can also update your payment method during the resubscription process.
To resubscribe, simply navigate to the Gear icon> Subscriptions and billing> Resubscribe. Enter your updated billing information and click Resubscribe to complete the process.
If the Resubscribe button is greyed out or if you encounter a Validation Error, it is typically due to an issue with your payment information or billing address. Ensure your billing address matches the information on file with your bank or card issuer, as even small discrepancies can cause errors. If possible, try using a different credit card or payment method to see if that resolves the issue.

Regarding changing your region, if you need to use a non-Singapore payment method, you will need to create a new company file in your current region, as the home country cannot be changed once set up.
