Can we save multiple invoices at a go? That is, bulk saving of daily invoices?

We can share some details about saving multiple invoices and combining them in a single PDF file in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Evinna.

The option to create and save multiple invoices simultaneously is unavailable in QBO. We need to create an invoice one at a time and save it in the program. Then, we can email or print multiple invoices by following the steps and details in this article: Email or print multiple sales forms in QuickBooks Online.

Also, saving all invoices in one PDF is unavailable. However, we can download per transaction to save them as a PDF. Here's how:

  1. Go to Sales and select Customers.
  2. Choose the customer.
  3. From the Transaction List tab, find the invoice you want to download and tap Edit.
  4. If you want to print the statement, click Print and download.
  5. To save as a PDF, press the Download icon. Choose where you want to save it on your computer, then press Save.

You can refer to this article on how to download and save sales forms and statements as PDFs in QuickBooks Online: Download and save sales forms and statements in QuickBooks Online.

If you need to save the list of all invoices, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Sales and select All sales.
  2. Find the sales form you want to print later and select Edit.
  3. Choose Manage and select Scheduling.
  4. Switch on Print later and press Save.
  5. Go to Sales and select All sales.
  6. From the Delivery method ▼ dropdown, select Print later.
  7. Choose the checkboxes for the sales forms you want to email or print. To mark them all, select the checkbox next to the DATE column.
  8. From the Batch actions ▼ dropdown, select Print icon and print as you normally do.
  9. To save as a PDF, click Download icon. Choose where you want to save it on your computer, then select Save.
