Hi there, Michelle. QuickBooks Error 580 indicates a temporary connection issue between Intuit and your bank that is preventing your feeds from updating.
This error stems from an unexpected disruption on the bank's end that falls outside of our control. Since we don't have direct visibility into their internal systems, we recommend waiting a few hours for the connection to stabilize before you try to reconnect.
In the meantime, you can keep your books up to date by manually uploading your bank transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Please keep in mind that once the bank connection is restored, any transactions you manually uploaded may appear as duplicates.
