Hello,
I found this article on the Quickbooks Support Website, which details how to create custom form styles for your invoices or estimates in QuickBooks Online: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/help-article/customise-forms/import-custom-form-st...
Under Step 2, it states:
There is no "Import Style" under the drop down menu for me. Please see the attached image.
How do I turn on this functionality? Our company has a number of different forms we use, which are all styled the same, and we need our invoices to look the same for consistency.
Thank you.
Hello there, KN09. I appreciate you coming into this forum with detailed information about importing custom form styles and the steps you perform when uploading them in QuickBooks Online. I've got the necessary updates to help you manage customer sales templates.
On July 1, the Import Styles feature was disabled for newly created companies. Any company that has not already enabled Import Styles from QBLabs after 6/24/2021 will no longer be able to enable it. Any existing QBO companies with the feature are not currently affected and will continue to have access. In the future, there are plans to completely remove this feature from all QBO companies.
Moreover, I'm adding this guide to help you track and enter customer paid invoices: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
I'll be on this thread anytime you need additional assistance when handling invoices in your account. Just let me know in the comments below, and I'll make sure to get back to you. Keep safe and have a good one!
