Welcome to the Community, Angie. You can update your billing profile in the Subscriptions and Billing page.
To do this, click on the Gear icon and select the Subscriptions and Billing option. From there, choose the Payment method and select Edit to update your billing details. After saving your changes, they will be reflected on the Subscriptions and Billing page.

Regarding your second question, could you provide more details about what happens when you try to enter a supplier credit note? Are you encountering any error messages, or is the option greyed out?
