When creating statements, we can change your sales content settings to display description details on the statement of accounts (SAO). Let me walk you through it using the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
- Navigate to the Sales tab and scroll down to the Statements section.
- Click the pencil icon to edit and toggle on the List each transaction including all detail lines to display this information on your statements.
- Hit the Save button and Done.
After that descriptions will show under the Activity column together with the other information of your invoice.
