To begin with, let's browse privately and track the said transaction. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Control + Option + P
If you're able to save the journal entry successfully, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. The piled cache can also be the cause of why you're having a hard time entering transactions.
You can also browse using a different search engine like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
