Print report in landscape

Hi there, @learnerchamp.

I'll hop in to address your concerns with printing reports in QuickBooks Online.

You can view and print some reports in Management reports in either portrait or landscape mode by default. When the content of a report doesn't fit in the portrait orientation, QuickBooks Online automatically changes the orientation to landscape.

If you want to print the report in Landscape or Portrait orientation, here's how to do this:

  1. Create a report and tick the Print icon on the upper left.
  2. Once done, a PDF file will appear on your screen.

3.Next, go to the Orientation tab and click the Dropdown arrow.

4.Change to Landscape and hit the Print button.

Furthermore, your reports can be customise in a variety of ways. You can filter them to display only certain accounts or clients, or format the layout so that the appropriate data appears where it should. Here's how to modify reports so that they highlight the information that's most important to you. Get some ideas in this article: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

Alternatively, you can also use this article as starting point for the fundamental duties at the heart of your business. This entails categorizing transactions, creating invoices, and connecting bank accounts. Complete all the task by visiting this page: Understand the navigation menu in QuickBooks Online.

You're always welcome to post here anytime you have other questions or concerns. Have a great day!
