There is no specific timeframe for when your bank will be added to QuickBooks, as this depends largely on the coordination between your bank and QuickBooks.
In the meantime, please check whether your bank appears under multiple names in our system. You can also search by your bank's sign-in URL to ensure you are using the correct link.
You can also request support for your bank if it doesn't appear on QuickBooks. For detailed instructions, please refer to the Step 3 section in this article: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking in QuickBooks Online.
While waiting, you can download transaction files directly from your bank's website and manually upload them to QuickBooks. Here are helpful resources for this process:
