Allow me to help share information about sending statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You can create a statement and send it to your customers to let them know of their account balance details. Currently, such an option of adding bank details to the customers statements isn't available in QBO yet. However, I'll do take note with this so I can pass along the suggestion for you.
