Unable to 'save' logo. all specs are correct, however when press the green 'save' button, nothing happens.

Unable to 'save' logo. all specs are correct, however when press the green 'save' button, nothing happens.

Thanks for posting here in the Intuit Community, @michaelsmithbing.

 

I've tried the steps here on my end and was able to save the logo successfully.

 

Let's log in to your QBO account using a different or a private browser and save your logo from there. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, thus causing the logo not to be saved.

 

Here's how to access a private window:

  • CTRL + SHIFT + N (Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox)
  • CTRL + SHIFT + P (Internet Explorer)
  • CTRL + OPTION + P (Safari).

If that works, you can go back and clear stored cache and cookies on the regular browser. This is to delete your browsing history you've recently accessed.
