TSheets emails account invoices, including debits and credits, every month based on the date that you set up your account. Only account administrators can view this information.
To view when you will be billed next
- Under Company Settings > Account & Billing > Account.
- At Next billing cycle, the mailing date of the next invoice displays.
To view your payment history
- Under Company Settings > Account & Billing > Billing History
- A dated list of each transaction and the resulting balance displays. You will also see the transaction date and time, type, description, amount, and account balance.
- You can resend the historic invoice by clicking the envelope icon.
