Cancel your QuickBooks Time subscription

Learn how to cancel your QuickBooks Time subscription.

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your payment information will be immediately deleted.

  • All reports and exports will be turned off.

  • Your timesheets and other account information will be preserved and may be accessed again by renewing your subscription.

If you need fewer features, you may downgrade your plan. This saves you money while keeping what you need.

Note: If you have QuickBooks Online or Intuit QuickBooks Workforce, cancel your QuickBooks Time add on in there.

Cancel your subscription

  • In QuickBooks Time, select your Profile, then Billing and Subscription.

  • Select Cancel, then select Continue to cancel.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the cancelation is complete.
