I have started a trial and have set up multiple companies, but have two that are duplicates.. how do I delete the duplicates? thanks?

I have started a trial and have set up multiple companies, but have two that are duplicates.. how do I delete the duplicates? thanks?

You can go to the Account and Settings window to cancel the duplicate trial accounts, dojy.

 

Once cancelled, these accounts will be listed under the Cancelled Companies section when signing in to QBO. Cancelled accounts will also become a read-only file for a year. Then, the system will automatically delete them if not reactivated within this period.

 

Follow these steps to cancel an account:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right hand of QuickBooks.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Billing and Subscription menu.
  4. Click the Cancel your trial link, then click Continue to cancel.
