A new account using the same log in might have been created, B2F77.
To check if that's what happened, please follow these steps:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right hand corner.
- Click Switch Company.
- Look for the correct account and click on it.
If you can only see one account, please reach out to our chat support or call us in between 8:30 AM to 6:30 Pm AEDT. They can verify your account information and check why your account was cancelled. Here's how:
- Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of QucikBooks.
- Type in a short description of you concern and click Let's talk.
- Click Chat or Call Us.
