You can create month-end statements for each customer in QuickBooks Online by selecting Statement from the +Create menu under the Customers tab.
Once you are in the Create Statements window, you'll need to follow the steps below:
- Set the Statement date.
- Choose the Statement type you prefer.
- Select the Customer balance status you want to generate.
- Verify your Start Date and End Date for the monthly statement.
- Place a check mark next to the desired customer for whom you want to create a statement.
- Select Print or Preview.
- To save as a PDF, hit the download icon and save, or print directly.
