I bought 2020 desktop from Intuit end of last year & I finally have time to install. I didn't get the license & product numbers with the disk and I'm unable to find a phone number to call.

You can start by using the License Locator tool to locate the information. Please use this link, Locate Your License or Product Number.
You also have the option to log in to the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) web page to locate the information. For additional reference about the site, check out these articles:

If you're unable to locate the product and license numbers, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Live Support Team. They can provide the information for you.

I was finally able to talk to a person and she verified our account and sent the information to our email. I had become so frustrated trying to get to a real person, it was unbelievable. I understand this is where our future is going but I'm a little old fashioned. I do appreciate the email with such detailed instructions. I will be saving those for any emergency that may come up in the future.

My computer was compromised and we had to format it. We backed up our Quickbooks Desktop and were able to open it but we cannot locate the License and Product numbers. Any help is appreciated, I only have about 10 mote tries opening my QB without them. And I have a lot of work to do!!! PLEASE HELP!

- This information is included in the email you received when you made your QuickBooks purchase from our website.
- If you purchased it from a retailer, check the original packaging for the label.
- This information is also available on your Customer Account Management Portal if you're reinstalling.

Today 7.25.2024 I purchased Intuit QuickBooks Plus from Staples. With that being said, I inadvertently destroyed the label which contains my license and product numbers. Ugh! What do I do now?
