We have been using qb payroll for some time now and when we applied for quickbooks payment so that we can use quickbooks for receivables we got denied for the merchant, account.
Now the question now is, can we hire a bookkeeper that will help us receive our payment on invoices and how did that work?
Thank you

I do not think this is a good idea. If a customer presents a claim, most likely it be chargeback without any hearing to your side of the story on grounds that your book-keeper is not the served merchant. Also, condisder that the book-keeper will have control of the payments and easily change the deposit account.
Cosnider using a third party merchant service with software that integrates to QB Online . Try Mifactura at PRINVO or any other . There are a few good ones.

If QB Payment declined your application, you can use a 3rd party merchant service to integrate with QBO. Are you running a B2B or B2C company?
