I work for two organizations, we have one subscription and we bought another copy but the discount for non-profit organizations is not applied, the communication is very bad, there is no easy way to contact the QuickBooks team.
I tried to contact them during working hours yesterday, and only the automatic response was answered, I am looking for a way to contact them urgently.

They don't provide any email address to contact support to avoid spam flood.
How did you get the discounted rate for Non Profit for your first QBO account?
If your company does not have customer support via chat or email, I will unsubscribe.
And I recommend that this matter be discussed in your company, a large and prestigious company Quickbooks is not possible that it does not have an email :)
We have a copy of the QuickBooks in the other institution, and we pay 288 euros a year and there is a support service when you need it.

I am sorry to read that you could not reach the customer department. The reason is probably because they were all online. We do our best to provide you the best experience possible to support you.
If you want you can also reach them by chat from the QuickBooks website (without signin in). After some seconds, a pop will comes up to chat if you authorized the cookies on the website.

Hello
I have tried all the methods, and the chat service is not available, when I click on it it shows me a call appointment (I did this twice and no one called me).
Please let me know how to request a refund. I will not pay for a program that cannot provide simple support to its customers.

You cannot request a refund if you pay for a monthly subscription. Afaik, you can request a refund within 60 days after you purchased the annual plan.
