QBO SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH BANK TRANSFER

Am trying to subscribe to QBO but am having a challenge since my Visa Card is not being accepted, the second option which is the Bank Transfer is turning forever when I click on it. 

Please I need help in activating the account since is expired and i have lot of information there.

Usually, QuickBooks Online (QBO) accepts MasterCard, Visa, or AmEx as your payment options. Please make sure you enter the correct details to avoid any error messages. If the details are all correct, you can perform the browser troubleshooting steps. The browser's cache cause issues when piled up on your browser.

 

First, I suggest using a private window when updating the billing information (with the Visa Card or Bank Transfer option) from there. This browser prevents any virus infections that can cause unexpected behavior when using QuickBooks.

 

If you're able to activate your account, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh.

Did you encounter any error when submitting your credit card credential? Try open link on your private/incognito browser and redo the process.
