- Look for the name of the issuing bank like "Chase," "HSBC," or "Bank of America," instead of "Visa," which is too generic.
If your financial institution has multiple bank names or different types of accounts, you can go for other versions of your financial institution that are listed. Here's how:
- Go to the Bank Transactions page and select Link account.
- Type in the name of your financial institution and select it from the list.
- Select the link to your bank's website, then ensure you can access your account without errors.
- Sign out of the financial institution's website and add the account in QBO.
