Can I see project based Account Payable ?

Thank you for posting in the community, Yusuf_zeybek. I'm here to assist you in viewing your project-based accounts payable data.

To begin, we need to create a bill for the specific project that you want to view in your accounts payable. Once the bill is created, we can generate a Balance Sheet Report to display your Accounts Payable for that project. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to Reports, and select Balance Sheet Report.
  2. Click Customize. Under Filter click Customers.
  3. Select the dropdown arrow on the right and choose the project you want to run.
  4. Click Run Report.

I'll add this helpful resource to learn more on how to set up and manage projects in QuickBooks: Create and manage projects in QuickBooks Online and Accountant.

For future reference in case you want to add paid and unpaid invoices to projects, feel free to refer to this article: Add existing invoices to projects in QuickBooks Online

Keep your posts coming if you have additional questions about projects and other QuickBooks-related matters. I'll be right here to assist you further. Take care.
