Yes, you can use a similar account to a different company name in QuickBooks.
If you want to purchase or use another trial service in QuickBooks, we’ll only need to go to the International version where we can find and set up QuickBooks according to your region.
To guide you further, the steps below will walk you through on how to create multiple QBO accounts with the same credentials. Here’s how:
- Go to this link and select your continent.
- Choose your country from the list.
- Select Buy Now or Free 30-day Trial.
- Choose your new QBO plan.
- Click Add another company to set up a different company name.
- Enter your existing Intuit login credentials.
- Then, click the Add new company button.
- Follow the prompts to complete the sign-up process.
