Can not able to connect bank account

Let's get your account connected, yogeshm.

 

Which bank are you trying to connect? Did you encounter any specific errors? For now, you can follow the steps below to connect your bank account. Be sure to select the right financial institution and enter your bank's URL and login correctly.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. From the left menu, select Banking, then Banking.
  2. On the Banking page, select Add Account.
  3. In the Search field, enter the bank's URL (example: http://www.chase.com).
  4. Select your bank. If you see multiple options, you may have to repeat these steps to find the correct one.
  5. Enter your bank login on your bank's website, then select Continue.

Alternatively, if you still can't add your bank, as a workaround, you can add an account in the chart of accounts and bring in the transactions using a WebConnect file. You can download the last 90 days of transactions using this feature.
