Can you help me to undo the my bank reconciliation statement

I'll help you undo your bank reconciliation, ajayendrakumar.

The Undo option for a reconciled period is only available in QuickBooks Online Accountant. If you don't have an accountant user on your account, I recommend inviting one.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Manage Users.
  2. Select Accounting firms and then click Invite.
  3. Enter the needed information.
  4. Once done, click Save.

After that, your accountant can start to undo the reconciliation for you.

Otherwise, you'll have to unreconcile the transactions one at a time. I'll guide you how:

  1. From the Accounting menu, select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Find the account holding the transaction, then select Account history.
  3. Click the transaction you want to unreconcile to expand the view.
  4. Review the check column. If the transaction is reconciled, you’ll see an status.
  5. Click the checkbox. Keep clicking until the box is blank. This removes the transaction from the reconciliation.
  6. Select Save.
  7. Close the account register your register.

For information about the process, I encourage checking this article: Undo or Remove Transactions from Reconciliations.

Additionally, I've included an article that'll serve as a guide in avoiding errors/mistakes during reconciliation. This also helps you ensure your books are accurate: Reconcile Workflow in QuickBooks.

Please let us know if you need further assistance with the process. This way, we'll be able to provide the help you need.
