Could you please advise the reason for not showing the amount in banking option

I'll help you with the bank balance issue, userinfo121.

 

The Bank balance will only be changed or updated if the account is connected to online banking. You'll want to update your bank account to check and update its balance.

 

  1. Go to Banking and select Banking.
  2. Select Update.

If you're still unable to see a correct bank balance, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so they can further check and investigate it. 

 

  1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select your product.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Then, follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process. You'll then connected to our specialist.
