The bank administrator doesn't need to be the same person as the QuickBooks administrator, heidi-licht.

You can add standard users and give them the All access role. That way, they'll be able to manage your bank transactions.

Here's how to add a user.

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then Manage users
  2. Click Add user.
  3. Choose Standard user.
  4. More options will appear on the screen depending on the user type you select.
  5. Enter your new user’s name and email address, then click Save.

You can refer to this article to see what an All access user can do on your company file: Learn about the different options for user roles and access permissions.

In case you see a user limit message, it’s because QuickBooks Online has a maximum number of users depending on your subscription. Check out this guide to know how to add a user: Learn about usage limits in QuickBooks Online.

After setting up the user can now review, categorise, and match bank transactions. I'm adding this article as a guide: Learn how to review downloaded bank transactions and put them in the correct accounts.

Keep me posted if you have additional questions related to user access. I'm always around to help you.
