Hello there,
We can copy the URL from your bank's website and paste it into QuickBooks. This way, we can check if QuickBooks supports your bank. Let's work together to link your bank in QuickBooks Online.
If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, you will get the message, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported providers". To resolve this, you can request support for your bank. Here's how:
However, after pasting the URL and confirming that your bank is listed, let's log in to your QBO account using a private or incognito window. Excessive cache buildup in your browser can lead to unexpected behavior with the product, which can cause your bank unable to connect. Here are the keyboard shortcuts for opening a private or incognito window:
If this works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. You can also use another supported browser as an alternative.
In case you're still unable to link your bank account, you can manually upload your bank transactions to your QBO account as a workaround. To do this, you'll need to download the entries from your bank's website in a CSV file format. Then, import these transactions once ready.
Once fixed, you can start categorising online bank transactions to place them in the correct accounts.
Let us know if you have further questions about linking your bank to QBO. We'll be right here to help you anytime.
Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. Another option, use csv2qbo converter tool. It's a $60 one time license.
