Hi there, Derma.

Emirates NBD (ENBD) is not currently integrated with QuickBooks Online (QBO), which is why it does not appear in the dropdown menu. However, you have the option to submit a request to add your bank's connection to QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Accounting menu and select Bank transactions.
  2. Click the Link account button, located toward the middle-right of the window.
  3. Search for your bank's name. Since Emirates NBD does not appear in the list of providers, you will see the message, "We can’t find Emirates NBD."
  4. Select the Request a provider below to proceed with your request.
  5. Enter your bank's name (Account provider name) and the sign-in URL for their online banking (Account provider sign-in URL), then click Request.

Since your bank account isn't supported by QBO, you can manually upload your bank transactions to your QBO account as a workaround. To do this, download the entries from your bank's website in a CSV file format and then import these transactions once they're ready.

Please feel free to return if you have any additional concerns. We'll provide prompt assistance.
