If you didn't receive any error messages, you can try signing in to your bank’s website to check if everything is working on their end.
You may also perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. At times, the accumulated cache in your browser causes sync and connection issues between your bank's website and QuickBooks. Start by accessing your QBO account in a private or incognito window. Once done, head to the Banking or Transactions menu again. If you're able to connect your account, go back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache and cookies. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers.
