Showing results for
Merging of accounts, suppliers, and donor profiles in QuickBooks Online is permanent, gerencia2. This means it cannot be undone or reversed later. I'll share a workaround to help you bring the donor profile back into your account.
Also, please note that any transactions associated with the duplicate accounts will be transferred to the one you retained.

If the donor accounts were merged accidentally, you can restore the profile by recreating it. Once recreated, you can reopen the transactions and select the newly restored donor's name in the Donor field.
