How can I show internal transactions inside my bank from the account in EUR to Account in USD?

It's nice to have you here in the Community, irina-bodrikova.

If you want the internal transactions from your account with EUR currency to show as USD, this is not possible in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The currency setup in your bank will be the currency used for your bank's internal transactions.

If you haven't turned on the Multi-currency, you'll want to setup USD as your home currency for the register to show the USD conversion.

  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Account and settings.
  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. Under Currency, click Home Currency.
  4. Make the necessary changes.
  5. Click Save, then Done.

The following articles shares more insights on how multi-currency works in QuickBooks Online (QBO):

I hope you've been able to resolve your issue. Unfortunately QBO is pretty limited in the reports it can generate for accounts that have foreign currencies. As an example, it is well documented there is no way to even run a report showing the foreign balance of an account. Additionally, it is not possible to run a report that allows you to calculate a foreign balance. Hopefully you don't need those reports.
