Welcome to QuickBooks Community, @Vikas. I'll give you the complete process of exporting data from a canceled company to a new one.

 

We can download the data placed into your file to your local hard drive after exporting your reports and lists in QuickBooks Online. Move it to your active QuickBooks after that. Please be aware that we only keep your data for one year for paid and trial subscriptions. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon ⚙ icon from the toolbar.
  2. Under Tools, click Export Data.
  3. On the Reports tab, set the date range.
  4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists by toggling the slider.
  5. Click Export to Excel.
