Let me help reclassify your multiple payments from the Checking account to the Undeposited Funds.
To reclassify it all at once, I recommend reaching out to an accountant. Since their account had the tool to perform this. You can refer to this article: Reclassify or move multiple transactions at once in QuickBooks Online Accountant.

Thanks Bryan. I am an accountant and have tried using reclassify under the Accountant tools but payments is not one of the transactions showing up
Thank you for your response, peakqbglobal. I understand that you're trying to make some modifications to the payment transactions.
Can you also confirm if you're trying to change the payment source of the supplier transactions from checking to the undeposited funds account?
I wanted to let you know that the Reclassify Transactions feature does not currently support modifying payment accounts for expenses. For this reason, payments are not listed as one of the transaction types that can be edited.
You can find detailed information about which transactions can and cannot be changed in the Learn about types of transactions you can't move section of this article: Reclassify Or Move Multiple Transactions At Once In QuickBooks Online Accountant.

Please feel free to come back here and ask any other questions that come up, peakqbglobal. I'm happy to provide more tips and assistance for using the Accountant version of QuickBooks Online.
Hello @jenop2 , I’m trying to reclassify some payments to the undeposited funds account. The client posted all payments to the checking account but some are incorrect and reconciling is challenging.
