Just FYI I passed the email I received from QBO to HSBC Hong Kong and they are going to try and investigate with their IT team. Fingers crossed they are able to eventually work something out.
I looked at moneythumb but not sure it will speed anything up as we still have to log in to the bank and download the csv files, which are all readable by QBO anyway. The bank statements would be a retroactive way of adding the transactions but we need a daily feed.
