I am unable to link Kotak Bank account to Quick books. Please help.

Thanks for posting in the Community, @archana2.

I'll make sure you're able to link your bank with QBO. You'll want to verify if you can log in to your bank's website through the URL the bank has provided us for online banking.


Here's how:

  1. Open another browser and login to your bank's website. Then, copy your bank's URL at the top.
  2. In QBO, go to Banking and then Banking at the top.
  3. Select Add account.
  4. Paste the URL on the search field. Then, follow the next steps that'll guide you through the rest.


If encounter an error code, that is due to an upgrade added by your bank to increase their bank or website's security and it's called the reCAPCHA V3. It helps detect abusive traffic on the website without user interaction. Our engineers are working closely with your bank's bank end team to re-establish the connection and to get things back to normal. 


In the meantime, you can upload your bank transactions manually via a CSV file. Please refer to this article for the detailed steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
