this is the message 'Due to local financial regulation you are not currently able to grant consent to Intuit France SAS in your country.'

I understand the importance of being able to reconnect your bank in QuickBooks Online. Let me share some details on why such things have happened. Based on the error message you've received, it seems like your bank isn't connected with QBO.

 

In the meantime, you can request a bank connection for your bank in QuickBooks Online. To do so, you can follow the steps I'll provide below. 

 

  1. Go to Transactions and choose Bank Transactions.
  2. Select Connect account. 
  3. Search the name of your financial institution. If QBO is unable to find it, click Still can't find your bank?
  4. Write your bank's name and web address (URL) in the field provided. 
  5. Hit Request.

Hi this is o quickbooks online! i have had this bank already connected for well over a year nearly two years now on quickbooks online. this is the first time i am having this issue! its already connected it wont let me do my reconnection after 90 days.

Please note that to connect your bank to QBO successfully, you must be based in the EU to enable your bank. 

 

As a workaround, I suggest that you manually upload your transactions. This method allows you to ensure that your transactions are accurately recorded in QBO, providing greater control and visibility into your financial data.

 

Also, I recommend contacting our support team to inquire why you have a connection problem with your bank account. They can review if any other factors are preventing QBO from connecting. To contact them, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Help icon.
  3. Click the Search tab and select Contact Us.
  4. Provide a summary of your concern and click Continue.
  5. You can choose either chat with us or have us call you.
