Is it possible to transfer one QB data (select data) to new QB account

Hello there, @infraaum-gmail-c.

Yes, it's possible to transfer some of your data from one of your QuickBooks Online account to a new one.

You can export your list of reports from your old QBO account to Excel and transfer it to your new account. To accomplish the task, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your old QBO account.
  2. Click Report from the left menu.
  3. Look for the report that contains the information you need.
  4. Export your list reports to Excel.

Once done, open the exported report in Excel, then delete rows 1-4 to remove your company name and report title from the sheet if needed. Then, save your report again as Excel or CSV. Afterward, you can now import them to your new QBO account. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your new QuickBooks company.
  2. Select the Gear icon.
  3. Then, select Import Data.
  4. Select what data you what to transfer.
  5. To upload a file from your computer, select Browse and choose the file. Then select Open.
  6. Select Next.

For more guidance, feel free to check out this article: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online. Also, if you're no longer using the old company, you can cancel the subscription for your old QBO account.

I'll be around whenever you need help. Take care and have a good one, infraaum-gmail-c.
