I am trying to import a quicken csv on a mac. Despite following all directions, the date column will not format correctly to match, thus completing the import. And the ability to convert to a windows csv does not seem to be an option.
Just to clarify your issue. Do you wish to migrate data from Quicken to QuickBooks, import a bank transaction file in CSV to your Quicken, or else?
Thanks for the reply. I am trying to import data from Quicken to QuickBooks online.
I am using a MAC. Every time I format the CSV file on my Mac,then try to upload, and error message always comes up saying that the date column formats do not match.
the instructions provided for a possible fix for a CSV created on a Mac said to convert to a Windows CSV. My Mac excel does not have that option.
I am hoping to fix the date format issue. Does that help clarify? Thanks!
Where is your company located? Afaik, you can only migrate Quicken data to QBO US version
https://quickbooks.grsm.io/US
https://quickbooks.grsm.io/us-promo
You may have 2 options:
1. Prepare your data in CSV/XLS and utilize an importer tool
https://transactionpro.grsm.io/qbo
2. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service.
